Trend Up LLC is an internet-based platform that aims to provide structured and easy-to-use information about jobs in Oman. The focus of Trend Up LLC is to arrange job-related information so that job seekers can easily find out what jobs are available without having to deal with confusion over what is available.

There is currently a great deal of confusion around the information being sought by job seekers online. In some instances, job listings are incomplete or scattered throughout the internet. There is no standard method for storing or displaying job information. Many of the larger job search sites only provide brief job listings without offering sufficient context or information regarding what is required for a particular position or what to expect while working. Project Trend Up has been established to fill this gap in the market for job information.

At Trend Up LLC, we provide structured and organized content as opposed to random job postings as seen on many web sites. We organize content into categories which represent the way in which users actually conduct their job search. As a result, visitors to our site will have an easier time navigating through the various types of jobs and finding job opportunities that match their experience, skills and/or interests.

Our Purpose

The aim of Trend Up LLC is to help job seekers connect with organized access to job information for various industries in Oman. The goal is to make job searching easier by providing organized and structured content rather than providing a large number of unf​ormated job listings.

We receive many inquiries about job openings in Oman by people who are interested in finding real​ endeavors in different jobs such as; transportation/logistics, retail, hotel/hospitality, admin​istration, facility support. Although numerous jobs in these industries are available, the accessed information online is typically not easy for users to navigate. Trend Up LLC assists in crossing the gap between a user and a job by separating job-related material into a concise and clear format that is easily readable and intelligible.

Trend Up LLC believes that job seekers have the right to an updated job overview before applying. Trend Up LLC therefore continues to provide users with an overview of job duties, job qualifications, and job expectations in uniform pages throughout the website.

What We Offer

Trend Up LLC’s objective is to create a structured framework of job-related information and career information that can assist jobseekers in making better decisions.

The purpose of presenting job-related information in this way; is to improve the efficiency of browsing through other opportunities by saving time and eliminating confusion when looking at possible career options.

We also want to enhance the general browsing experience by maintaining a structured, clean, and easy-to-navigate site, and to keep our pages uncluttered with unnecessary objects that are not essential to providing clarity and simplicity.

How Our Platform Works

Trend Up LLC is constructed to be an informational site that collects job data from all over the internet (to the degree it’s public). All data is reorganized and laid out so that anyone can quickly comprehend how to obtain the position they are attempting to obtain.

Typically, there are five core elements on each of the job pages:

• Name and type of position
• Base description of the position’s responsibilities
• Common job duties for that position
• Most common qualifications needed for that position
• Other Relevant Information on that position

This breakdown gives our users the ability to quickly assess if a specific category of job might align with their interests and experience.

Additionally, we provide grouping of the similar types of jobs that exist within each sector (i.e., driver jobs, warehouse jobs, hotel jobs, office jobs, grocery store jobs, and cleaning jobs). This will allow users to search for jobs or navigate to category pages much easier than searching for jobs from multiple pages and/or bookmarking multiple websites.

Trend Up LLC is a company that does not provide job recruitment services (meaning we will not be involved with you finding someone a job). We are also not responsible for any type of recruiting process from this site (i.e. scheduling of job interviews, application collection).

Trend Up LLC does not charge job seekers for any type of job listing service. All job listings on this site are for information purposes only. If you want to apply for a job you see on this site, you should confirm the job information as posted on the actual company’s website or with a trusted source before applying for a job with that company.

Every page is written to make it easy for users to understand job roles; we will give enough information to make a user’s understanding easier but not to make it too complicated to read.

We review and improve our content continuously for consistency, accuracy and readability; as long as the platform exists we will keep working to make our content relevant and useful.

Simplifying your search for employment is something Trend Up LLC strives to offer you by affording users the opportunity to focus on those employment opportunities most appropriate to them by organizing all the required information in clearly defined formats and categories.

Additionally, Trend Up LLC provides guidance on safer practices for searching for a new job, i.e., you should always verify all aspects of a job you are applying for, never pay fees for a job, and use only official means of communication when submitting an application to an employer.

Our Focus on Oman

Currently we are working on jobs in Oman only. The reason for choosing this job market is to develop more comprehensive and structured content about a particular job market versus distributing content too widely across many jobs.

By focusing on a single country, we will have much better organizational quality and categorization for job seekers searching for a position in Oman.

Our focused approach will also give us the opportunity to develop our content quality in the future and allow us to be able to build a solid base for future growth.

Future Expansion

Trend Up LLC is currently focused on Oman. However, we may expand our services to include other Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) countries, such as Kuwait or Bahrain, in the future. Any such expansion) will occur gradually and with care to ensure content remains of high quality and meets our customers’ needs in terms of clarity and relevance, as opposed to simply increasing the total number of available web pages.

Transparency and Responsibility

Trend Up LLC believes that it must clearly communicate its responsibilities in relation to providing job information. To that end, we will indicate what services the service; do not provide – i.e., we do not represent or act as a recruitment agent for Jobseekers unless explicitly indicated; we do not offer recruitment services, nor do we operate intermediaries between Employers and Jobseekers.

The only responsibility of Trend Up LLC is to provide users with the means to organize information. Users must take the steps necessary to verify or confirm any information that is presented to them before making any decisions based on their individual circumstances.
